Terms and Conditions of Booking
ACCOMMODATION
- All rates are inclusive of 14% VAT where applicable and subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates are quoted in South African Rand and are per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Rates are EXCLUSIVE of telephone, laundry, in-room bar, airport transfers, Spa treatments, gratuities or any other extras which may be incurred.
- TOURISM LEVY is levied at an additional !% on accommodation rate only.
- Transfers within the Sandton area and use of the gym, steam and sauna facilities is complimentary.
- Reservations will be automatically released if payment is not made within the specified period.
- The hotel is unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per room.
- It is advisable to pre-book restaurant or Spa bookings on the day of arrival to avoid disappointment.
- Please advise us of any special dietary requirements or any special occasions that we should be aware of.
Arrival / Departure Times:
- Occupation from 14h00 on day of arrival and vacated by 11h00 on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests. While every effort is made to be accommodating, the Hotel cannot guarantee early check-ins unless the room is booked for the previous evening or late check-outs unless the room is booked for the following evening.
